By creating a Navii account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Navii.

The service

Navii helps groups plan trips: shared itineraries, idea boards, and AI-assisted research. It's provided as-is while in active development; features may change.

Your content

• You own what you add. By adding content to a shared trip you grant the other members of that trip access to it, and grant us the license needed to store and display it.
• Don't upload content that's illegal, infringing, or abusive; we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
• If you leave or are removed from a trip, content you contributed stays with the trip (see the Privacy Policy).

AI research

Navii's concierge results (dossiers, suggestions, booking windows, imported plans) are AI-generated from public sources and can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm reservations, opening hours, and travel details with the venue or carrier before relying on them. AI usage is subject to fair daily limits shown in the app.

Accounts

• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it.
• You must be old enough to hold an account under the law that applies to you (13+ in the US).
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navii is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including missed reservations, travel disruptions, or decisions made on AI-generated information.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
